I still have not gotten around to trying ramen. For shame!

My weekend schedule actually just changed, and now I only have to be out of town for most of tomorrow. If I get back in to Suburban Station before 8, I am definitely going to Nom Nom for dinner. Otherwise, Sunday. Unless the Olney Korean thing calls on Sunday.

    Argh! Ramen keeps eluding me…

Speaking of Thai. I could really go for some 1) Khao Kha Moo and 2) Khao Man Gai. Need to find a place which does one or both. Have been unsuccessful thus far.

Those are probably the two dishes I miss most from my sojourn on the West Coast.

Green Olive on N. 2nd closed, or did they move? I skipped the bus the other day and went for a walk, and noticed the place empty and for rent. Never ate there, and the reviews I read were decidedly mixed, to put it kindly, though I wanted to check out their salads and grocery section one of these days. Guess I was just a little too late…

  • Jay- good luck with your ramen adventures, Nom Nom is a good place to start. Havent heard about Green Olives, I meant to try it too.
