Lunch Links (The “NYC Ramen Coming” Edition)
- Ramen Boy has closed, and NYC’s Terakawa will replace it. This is exciting news! I have been to the NYC location a few times (my folks are regulars), while it isn’t NYC’s best, it is certainly going to raise the Philly ramen bar.
