Snap Truck Making Weekday Debut At Lent Space
The Snap Truck has been on our radar for a while as they raised money and converted their truck into one that runs on recycled cooking oil. Well, after officially hitting the streets at a weekend food truck rally, they’re going to be at the Lent Space every Wednesday starting today. The menu is pretty simple and is focused on various hot dogs including a Chicago-style one and a vegetarian version with the same toppings, but instead of a hot dog you get fried avocado! The burgers and hot dogs are charcoal-grilled, and they use the leftover oil from their two kinds of fries to power the truck. You can take a peek at the bio-fuel menu after the jump.
I don’t know about you, but even on a hot day like today a charcoal-grilled hot dog sounds pretty great. Photos courtesy of Snap Truck.
