February Happy Hour Deals At Hot Clay Oven
I know you all like a good deal even outside of lunchtime, so here’s one for the Indian food and alcohol lovers. Hot Clay Oven, the newish Indian fusion place on Maiden (nr. Pearl) has a couple of happy hour specials from 4 to 7 p.m. for the month of February. You can either get buy-one-get-one free alcoholic drinks or a free mango lassi if you buy an entree.

I don’t know how Hot Clay Oven’s “fusion Indian” does when eaten at the source, but I caution against takeout or delivery: on a recent day with decent weather, a delivery distance of four blocks took an hour and 15 minutes and the naan was like a sponge, absorbing all the liquid from the filling. The stuff was inedible, let alone gross to try to hold in your hands.
