Reminder: Free Food At Hot Clay Oven Today
As you may have read last week, the preview of Hot Clay Oven is happening today starting at noon and going until 2 p.m., and then for those of you either wanting more free stuff or working late, from 5 to 7 p.m. You all know the drill – if you check it out, let us know your impression in the comments.

i just walked by and there is a line down the street.

high hopes for this place! even though the line was ridiculously long and there were tons of people to feed. the quality of the food didn’t seem to be sacrificed. they gave away generous portions of things. rice was not dry. naan was freshly made. shish kababs were juicy! definitely give it a try especially when its free =)

I was on this lengthy line, and I can’t believe I didn’t get a samosa! Full report coming tomorrow…

I’m going to wait until next week to try it – don’t really have the time to wait in line! I did walk past it on my way to Chipotle today, though..was very tempting! I’m looking forward to the report!

I also stood in that line, from about 1:05 to about 2:00. They were doing wraps on naan bread, which were tempting, but I don’t really want a wrap on a piece of naan that has holes in it.
What I got was labeled pork vindaloo, and was good, but certainly not a normal vindaloo sauce. It was hard to pick a range of condiments without having tasted anything as well. I wound up with a decently tasty thing, but VERY drippy. Might got back for more if the first snowflakes come and scare the line away….
thank you! got on lengthy line right before noon and scored my pork vindaloo naan wrap + samosa (they ran out of soup) + fountain drink at 1:15. indian chipotle is apt description, it’s a nice change of pace.
