Downtown lunch’ers can get a free popsicle today from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. on Vesey St. btw. Broadway and Church as part of the Cooking’s Channel’s promotion with People’s Pops. According to Twitter they’ll also be in Midtown on East 47th btw. 2nd and 3rd from noon to 1:30. Take that 100 degree temperatures!
