Attention cheapskates and/or cupcake lovers: Today you can get $1 cupcakes at Billy’s Bakery on Franklin (btw. Broadway & Church) in Tribeca in celebration of its one-year anniversary. I guess $1 cupcakes are better than full-priced dry mini-cakes.
