Kennedy Food Garden Can Make You Feel Like A School Child
Kennedy Food Garden is a cafe that sits right on JFK. Besides a small selection of deli items like milk and chips, there is a counter to order sandwiches, salads, and comfort food, plus a little seating area if you want to stay a while. I decided to go real little kid with it, with a pita pizza!
The feta, mozzerella, spinach and tomato sauce work as a combo. And there was no skimping on cheese. The pita underneath got crispy and held everything up. Its not like I couldn’t have put this together at home, and thats kinda the point, something your mom might make you after a hard geography test. But, I don’t always have these ingredients on hand, so I appreciated it more. Packed in a pizza box, I got 4 pretty big pieces for under $8. Eating the whole thing would be a lot for lunch.
