Reminder: Lunchtime Street Vendor Project Rally At City Hall Today!: A friendly reminder that street vendors and their supporters will be gathering at City Hall from noon to 3 p.m. today in support of two bills that would lower fines, including the $1,000 one for minor infractions. The Street Vendor Project organized the event and you can RSVP here for it, or just show up on your way to or from lunch.

Slightly Out Of Bounds Forcella Has A $10 Lunch Special: Yes, Forcella on the Bowery (at Bond) is a little outside of ML:Downtown boundaries, but they also have fried pizza. And starting today from noon to 4:30 you can get a margarita pizza with soup or salad for $10.
