PROFILE: Midtown Lunch’er “Sara”
Every Tuesday we turn over the site to a different Midtown Lunch’er for his or her recommendations for the best lunch in Midtown. This week it’s Sara, a student who discovered the joys of Midtown East while interning on the Rachael Ray show.

Where in Midtown do you Work?: Former intern on the Rachael Ray Show

Least Favorite Kind of Food: Can’t think of one (serious.)
Favorite Place(s) to Eat Lunch in Midtown: Potbelly Sandwich Shop for the Roast beef sandwich with lettuce, tomato & italian seasoning. 696 Deli (on 3rd btw. 43+44th) for their Bacon Egg & Cheese. Sophie’s Cuban for the Ropa Vieja with rice & beans & their empanadas are legit too! Blarney Stone (on 3rd btw. 45+46th) for their Rotisserie Chicken with 2 sides or Hamburger Lunch Special. Mangu Dominican Restaurant’s Sancocho Soup. And McFaddens on 2nd btw. 42+43rd for their Shepherds Pie
“Go-To” Lunch Place You and Your Coworkers Eat at Too Often? 696 Deli
Place(s) you discovered thanks to Midtown Lunch? I went to Blarney Stone once before I saw it on Midtown Lunch. I saw the review and got the chicken so I was happy I went again! I love it!
If you could work anywhere (just because of the lunch) where would it be and why? Any city, well preferably New York, Philly or even Boston. I fell in love with Midtown East while I interned and even started my own blog: Small Chick Big Deals that has reviews of those places and more! I love all of the variety in the city!
Anything you’d like to ask the Midtown Lunch readers? Which food trucks are the best and where are they located in NYC!
Go an answer for Sara? Put it in the comments. And, as always, if you want to be next week’s Profiled: Midtown Lunch’er (or know somebody you’d like to nominate)? Email editor@midtownlunch.com.

I do believe it is unintentional. no depth, subtlety, or deviance at all. that said, You go, girl. You’ve handled the criticism with aplomb.
