Here Come the Letter Grades
The DOH has started awarding letter grades to restaurants, causing Eater to pose the question: “Would you Dine at a B or C Grade Restaurant.” Uh. We already do! Every single day. A great man once said, “B is For Better”. And another great man said “C is for Cookie, that’s good enough for me.” Agreed!
