When I get it at 40th & 7th in NYC, the falafel aren’t dry, and they taste pretty good — maybe not as good as Taim in the West Village, but still pretty damn good. But the pickled red eggplant is what really makes it. Unfortunately they’ve been all out of eggplant lately. What’s up with the frackin’ eggplant shortage? What’s that about?

I had the salad box 2 hours ago, and loaded it with cauliflower and beets only. I’m still stuffed…I loveeeeee the beets, and the falafels are never dry and are quite tasty. I got mine from the union square location.

that’s exactly what i do; load up a giant salad. you can get the salad with or without the falafel balls. i’m just there for the veggies anyway so i skip them. maybe i’ll go today…
