UES Mingala is a pretty cozy place. I’ve been looking to go back ever since celebrating my friend’s bday there.

@streetmeas, I have not been to the UES Mingala, but as for comparing to the E village Mingala, Rangoon is totally up to par, though on another trip I thought that the green tea salad here was weaker than Village Mingala (too much sesame overshadowed the tea leaves)
