I agree with the huge minus for the stick rice price! That really grinds my gears. There is noooo reason for it to be over $2.

The whole concept is cool though.

I totally agree with you about the sauce — that stuff is delicious! It makes everything delightful.

A shame the special tacos aren’t available for lunch. I wonder why…

Hey! Nomsnotbombs has prices (after an edit after someone pointed that omission out)!

In any case, I think their real challenge will be gauging how much food to have with them on a day-to-day basis. Some days are busier than others, and I think it will prove to be interesting to see how they handle the fluctuations in daily/nightly visits to the truck.

That being said, I hope they work out the kinks because the San Gabriel Valley is waaaaaayyyy too far for me to schlep for dim sum as frequently as I’d like it.
