		<description>I agree with the huge minus for the stick rice price! That really grinds my gears. There is noooo reason for it to be over $2. 

The whole concept is cool though.</description>

In any case, I think their real challenge will be gauging how much food to have with them on a day-to-day basis. Some days are busier than others, and I think it will prove to be interesting to see how they handle the fluctuations in daily/nightly visits to the truck. 

That being said, I hope they work out the kinks because the San Gabriel Valley is waaaaaayyyy too far for me to schlep for dim sum as frequently as I&#039;d like it.</description>
