I don't care. A, B, C, whatever. Frankly, if a place I like gets a C it's even better because there are fewer lines, and a establishment that isn't spotless is endearing and loaded with character.

I passed by Ming Du on 38th last week and was surprised they have a brand new "A" in the window. I admit, I stopped eating there because of the previous "grade pending" and the conditions I saw the last time I ate there. I'll give them another chance now they've cleaned up their act - can't beat their cheap prices.
