As Zach noted a couple days ago, they take three weeks off this time of year. Check again after Thanksgiving.

Thanks Dave. I shall put in a comment on the jamaican dutchy page, so that people who are looking for the cart will know that Dutchy is away for a while.

I visited the location (on 51st and 7th) a couple of days over the past week, and his cart wasnt there..any ideas?
