Where do I find cake flour???

I looked everywhere in my local supermarket but I just couldn't find it. What am I doing wrong?

    It's also called pastry flour, but you should be able to find it under 'cake flour' considering Pillsbury sells it under that name.

    i tried 3 different supermarket..am i looking at a wrong place? shouldn't it be in the flour section?

    Did you try asking someone who worked there? And if you were at an Asian supermarket... maybe not.

  5. A popular brand name is Swans Down. It comes in a bright red box. In flour section - should be easy to find.

    @Yvo - good point. you are just making a regular cake? regular flour, aka all-purpose flour should do it. that's all I've ever used. More detail here
