schnipper's. bold flavors but don't count on authenticity (especially in terms of price; $10...yikes!).
also, catfish taco from concretenyc on w37th between 8th and 9th but that's over ml price range.

Rick's Caberet?

I live so close to Concrete and I never knew they did tacos - Hmmm.... Isn't Rick's a strip club? LOL do they do tacos too?

I think cheese meant they have a variety of tacos at Rick's. Just not for you to eat. -__-
I don't recall having good fish tacos.
Need to give it another go sometime.- You get home safe, Pistol.
- You got it, Joban. -
LOL - Took me a second, those might be a little too fishy for me :P

Madjac, or you're plain just not interested....

Check out Bistro Truck. they are situated on 5th avenue and 16th street. They have some good fish tacos!

lafonda del sol has the best fish tacos.

I've heard good things about the fish tacos at the taqueria at Pampano. I've never had the fish, but all their food is fresh and delicious, especially the carne asada. Probably too far from you though - they are on 50th and 3rd.

i wouldn't bother with pampano. the fish doesn't come in whole pieces in their tacos. it's like this sauteed, flaky, crumbly mass that reminds me too much of canned tuna.

I think Pampano's fish is different now actually. Its fried and a whole piece now from what they last told me.

had awesome ft's last nite at kona brewing co. no extra points for this rec, tho.

I've been craving fish recently - Anyone know of some good (not super expensive) fish tacos? Extra points if it's not far from Penn or Port Authority
