Where can I get a Bubble Tea near 57th and 3rd?

Word on the street is that you want to avoid Bubble Teas for the next few weeks. The makers of the bubbles added some chemicals to them that turned out to be bad. Research this if you want more information, my info is just coming word of mouth, but from a good source.

It's not authentic but you can get very good fruit bubble tea @ Dishes on Park & 50-something (53d?) It's not milk-based but the tapioca pearls are wonderful & chewy.

From the article is sounds like, while possible, contamination of the boba is unlikely.
