Gatorade and fasting for morning and noon. then I go play handball and sweat out the rest of the toxins.
if i don't have that or the strength to fast, i have lots of carbs, and tea. but usually i can sleep it off in one night. (today i feel kinda peachy. gonna make a video for the nbc casting call.)

i was hungover yesterday, so i will post that meal - eggs and bacon on whole wheat toast, a cheese danish, and a coffee. then a 2 liter bottle of water.
im on a gatorade diet. i got too addicted to it at one point.

i play handball all over brooklyn. i suck at it but it's a good workout for my fat ass. bay8th, fort ham hs, my local court 10 minutes away, and very rarely i'll hit up central park. not good enough to play anywhere else... we can play if you want?!

Ess-a-Bagel's lox and cream cheese with tomato, onion, and cucumber on a toasted sesame bagel. Wash it down with an unlimited amount of coffee, and I am usually good for work by 1030.

i have a hard time drinking coffee when i am hungover..

2 advil, 1 alka-seltzer, any sort of bagel sandwich, large ice coffee... you feel like new in about 20 mins..
