What happened to the Ecuadorean Truck?

Maybe I forgot where it was or am just really behind, but does anyone know what happened to the (or at least what I think was) the Ecuadorean truck? It used to be located on the South East side of Penn station; it was a blue truck, but I can't remember the name of it. I'm hoping it's just that I go out for lunch too late...

I thought I remember reading something about the Malaysian truck re purposing the Ecuadorian truck while they were doing their free sample tour...can't confirm though.

  3. I walked over to 36th & 6th... no luck; maybe they are the Malaysian Truck, I guess it would explain why I haven't seen them in awhile - Sadness!

  4. I just saw this truck out in Queens on Roosevelt Ave (I think it's the same one you're referring to). In fact, I met some Ecuadorian runners who were in town for the NYC Marathon. They were eating at the truck and said that it was just like they have in Ecuador. They kept saying "tipico tipico!"
