What do you splurge on in Midtown?

My splurge, which happends maybe every 6 months is a trip to the GC Oyster Bar for one of their pan-roasts, and a few oysters on the half-shell.

BiCe Chicken Milanese and Veal Ravioli in a mushroom sauce. Like to splurge on that from time to time.

Burger Joint is a splurge for me, and on my birthday I get a Stage pastrami sandwich. Wu Liang Ye is a nice departure if I want to do sitdown.

I'm aiming to head out to McCormicks for some happy hour goodness :) Just need to time end of work with start of happy hour.

Obviously everyone's budgets will be different, but what is everyone's weekly or monthly splurge or treat? Please keep suggestions priced within the 1.5X to 3X multiplier of a regular meal. \
