Put it on top of a Mixed with Rice or piping hot Pizza and I'll dig in.

Apparently you should all be eating like me. I eat a can of sardines or kippered herring almost every night before bed (tooth brushing happens immediately after.
And does that girl really mix sardines into oatmeal??? That's a power play.

SEAL: Are you secretly Scandinavian?

speaking of which. i almost went to smorgas chef last night for some swedish meatballs but i couldn't justify the price.
i haven't had a sardine in maybe 3 years. wow.

Dean, I love Caesar dressing but really dislike pickled fish.
-
I really like Caesar salad dressing too. Probably the best way for me to enjoy anchovies.

SO funny this is a post. I dont eat anchovies, never have, but last night i had a dream that i was eating pizza with sandines!!!!!!

anchovies are in a lot of things you probably don't know! It's often found in dressing like you guys mentioned earlier, and Worcestershire sauce is made of anchovies!
-
Ambi, I'm having trouble believing that. I've read the side of a Lea and Perrins bottle before.

Nevermind....looked it up on Wikipedia....

Love sardines and crackers. They actually are a good fish. The canned sardines make an excellent pre work out snack (just brush your teeth and be careful of fish burps). Sometimes I will put sardines in my fried rice.
Anchovies on pizza are amazing for another matter. When I eat anchovy pizza, I am reminded of salted fish fried rice. And I LOVE puttanesca.

Sardines are the #1 food we should be eating, according to the article on Shine from Yahoo by the Editors of EatingWell Magazine.

So the ML Unicorn, Jenn, wasn't too far off with her lunching habits:

I probably won't eat it with oatmeal though.
