Waffles and Dinges Truck

So I contacted the waffles guys direct and let them know what happened last night. I got an apology, which was nice.
The only reason I wrote to them was because all these food trucks and carts have been getting so much publicity as of late, they are all so well known in the food world. Something like an accident can put a bad light on them.
I understand the long hours that these guys put in, and I'm sure that they are just exhausted at the end of the day. All I asked is that they are more careful. If it had been an random old car I couldn't have done anything, but these guys are celebrities in NY, they really just need to be more careful out on the road. I hope that it was just an isolated incident, and that they aren't driving around exhausted all the time, that's dangerous for all of us.

My boyfriend and I were in a cab last night heading home from the to Brooklyn from the city.
We were driving along on 4th Ave in Brooklyn when we almost got run off the road by a big yellow van, we were in the left lane and he was slowly veering right into us. After the sudden shock, I looked closer and realized that it was the Waffles & Dinges van. I started laughing after that and told my boyfriend that I had to post about how we almost got run off the road by the Waffles & Dinges truck.
