Under $10 Lunch Bellevue Hospital Area.

Waterfront Ale House on 30th and 2nd had a lunch special, sandwich and a mug of beer for $9 (i think) although tax and tip would put you over. worth it in my opinion.
Also, Todaro Bros is an Italian shop and they have great heros, including a nice Italian hero - 2nd ave between 30th and 31st.
A new falafel place just opened on 2nd ave and 24th street, Falafel Feast. Far from the best, but its only $4. The hot sauce is pretty good.
