Sounds great, What kind of fillings do they put in their tacos? I love a great taco al pastor and I can solemnly swear to have never eaten at Chipotle or Odoba.

Jamie, I'm a Penn student (and foodie) that can attest to the greatness at Don Memos. I usually order an Al Pastor Burrito there ("Medium Spicy"). You'll probably want to call ahead though if you order during peak lunch hours.
In fact, I wrote about it in my food blog: http://winstongfx.com/foodventure/?p=441

The best Mexican food I've had in the Northeast comes from a food cart on 38th street in W. Philly between Walnut and Samson Streets. Prices last year were $6 a burrito, $2 a taco, and $6 for a Mexican torta. And to think this is one of the more expensive carts in the area!
In part I write this post not so much because the cart needs your business (long wait at lunch time), but in response to inexplicable amount of praise a certain cart in Mid-town Manhattan gets on the NY side of this site. Their mediocre $7 burrito is of less value than Chipotle's and Qdoba's offerings; of course the comparison doesn't apply in the case of Tacos Don Memo, itself a block from those two.
They also have a restaurant with a full menu a bit west in the 60s; I haven't been there, but I hear it's great.
