I bought one on the Canal Street Platform waiting for the M. Decent but not like getting a fresh one at a street fair or theme park.. but exponentially cheaper.

i got one at the union square L stop once, it wasnt bad. couldve been worse.

i recently bought one from the ladies by the flushing main street station. when i got home and ate it, i wish i had bought more. they were pretty darn good.
-
i saw a lady selling them on 53rd and lex station but i was too chicken to go up to her and buy them. hehe
do they put them in a bag or do i have to hold them throughout the train ride?? -
Chinatown lady offers a bag

The woman at the 53rd and Lex station has bags too. Cost is $1. However, you have to wonder where they were made and where they were stored. I'd rather support a local bakery which actually pays rent.

What are peoples thoughts on the the ladies selling churros off of those shopping cart/sheet pan contraptions on the subway platforms? Good Experiences? Bad ones? Any particularly good ladies out there?
