Veniero’s 342 East 11th Street & 1st Ave. makes a very good strawberry cake with real whipped cream, not cheap, but top quality/taste.

i know i know i know veniero's makes an incredible strawberry shortcake, but I needed something MIDTOWN, not LES!

E - I went to Martha's yesterday too - in Forest Hills! I picked up a slice but it's still in my fridge because I've been feeling sick on and off and just... not cake-y. Tomorrow I hope :)

Financier has a strawberry shortcake-like cake. Bought one of the pieces for a friend on Tuesday and he enjoyed it.
