The place in Grace Plaza? No, it's not open yet--they're still doing work on the interior.

Does anyone know if this place is open? I've passed by a few times, and I've seen a few reports saying it has opened, but there's no activity going on. Is this strictly a call up/pick up place or can you go to the window to order?
Any info is appreciated
