Maybe the crappy weather? Is it one of the ones with the red and white HOT SOUP sign, with about 14 soups? They tend to be flaky.

The soup cart on the north side of 46th between 5th and 6th was there today.

There was an amazing soup cart by the Chase Bank on 49th and 6th yesterday and it is gone! Anyone know where it can be found?
