There's this pizza place around 48th st where Hing Won and the Indus express are located. (It's the first one of them you hit actually while coming in from 6th avenue.) I was walking around that street and I saw, to my utter surprise, breakfast food! So I asked the guy how much were pancakes, sausages, and hash browns and he said something to the effect of $5 or so.
I haven't seen the items in the last week or so, but try going there between 12-12:30 pm and see if they are still available at that time. Also, all diners serve breakfast all day. There are a couple of diners in the area, besides Andrew's coffee shop that serve breakfast all day. Isn't there that Westway diner somewhere on 9th or 8th ave?

Majestic on 50th and 7th serves breakfast all day. I actually went there today and got two eggs, bacon, toast and fries for $6. I'm not sure if that is different from their breakfast prices but overall it was pretty tasty and the bacon was extra delicious and crispy.

I've seen people eating breakfast food for lunch at Astro Diner corner of 55th & 6th.

For the standard heavy diner type breakfast there's Sarges deli. I believe they do breakfast 24 hours. It's a bit out of bounds on 3rd about 36th.
Great onion omelette. Good home fries too.

Anyone know of a midtownlunch spot that serves breakfast foods (especially eggs, omlettes, and such) during lunchtime, or all day? Eggstravaganza seems promising, but they're not there very late.
any info is appreciated, thanks!
