1)Not sure what the rules are for repeat nominees but the Wafels and Dinges is still tops in my book as he has continually improved his products. Unlike cupcake places, the wafels are usually made to order (or made within the hour) + they are a good value. He shoudl not be excluded simply because he won last year and won the vendy's.
2)Treats Truck offers great value and broad selection of unique sweets but most importantly she is part of the community - for example appearing at Fundraiser for Central Park Conservancy after Tree disaster.
3)Does Cupcake Stop do Midtown? If yes, I nominate them on quality grounds - they just have the solid great tasting cupcakes offered in unusual flavors.
