Since Woorjip is technically out of bounds, I nominate the bibimbap at Cafe Amande.

@Steve - Actually the "official" Midtown Lunch boundary to the south is 32nd Street.

Although I gotta say that, while this isn't really a Korean place, that steamed table at Hawaiian Island Grill (the Kalbi) is becoming one of my favorites... Cheap, unbelievable amounts of food.. and good...
