Spice Fusion -
Minar (31st St Location)
-
Bricklane curry
-
First, the obvious:
Biriyani CartThen my other personal favorite:
Minar, 46th St location -
Oh yea, Biryani Cart here of course. Scratch it from my street cart nomination if they can't get two awards? HAHA.

Maharaja
And sorry but the Biryani cart is a terrible choice, even for the street cart poll, they're pretty good, but the best? far from it.

Kati Roll Company

I go with Bay Leaf- the lunch buffet is tops-though slightly out of midtown price range- dinning in is a treat
-
@Ender - In this part of midtown, Indian options under $10 are severely limited.
-
bricklane II
-
Joy Curry

Biryani is the best Indian-style street cart. Go find another indian cart/ restaurant that will serve you lunch for under 10 at the same level of quality. There are none. Plus we're talking fast food, and not fancy restaurants or buffets.
