I wonder if its the old truck that used to park on 39th and 5th. That Rafiqi's recently got the downgrade from a truck to regular cart.

The Rafiqi's cart next to the Eggs Travaganza cart upgraded to a truck with with a McDoalds-esqe paint job yesterday.
I don't think they bargained for the two parking tickets that they received their very first day. How many extra meals do they need to sell per day to make up for daily parking tickets?
I think they are probably testing out the currently hot food truck trend, but IMHO, they're better off sticking with the cart.
