Restaurant Depot carries a bunch of vendor quality Greek products, including pitas. You just need a state tax ID to join.

i know what you mean. those pitas you get from carts are a lot more moist than the other types of pitas because they're pocketless. you should try kontos brand, if you can find it.
Kalustyan's MIGHT have it at the store @ 123 Lexington Ave (e28th street). I know they offer it online.
10 piece bag for $3.99

Thanks Willy. I've thought of Rest Dep but I think one needs a state ID for a restaurant / food vendor. So I'd need a hook-up.
Dean, I'll try and look for those brands, and definitely keep in mind the pocketless pita's. Thanks!

I always enjoy the pita's that street vendor's use. I can't remember ever getting a bad one. Yet, when I try different brands from the grocery store, they never compare. Does anyone know of a good brand?
