An East Village street food vendor was arrested for fondling a customer, police said yesterday.
Benbahi Salah, 29, allegedly grabbed the right breast of the 32-year-old woman as she was waiting for her food on East 11th Street at First Avenue at 3:50 a.m. Thursday.
