Obviously you work near me, mkim. After going back to their website, I now see their menu. It's some weird right sliding thing in the Flash animation.
I was going to try it, but I already had eaten...so maybe Monday.

There's a cart on 53rd and Park called Organic Carts NYC.

There's no menu on the website, but they have what I would call mexican inspired food...empanadas, salad, soup, and what they call tapito.
The tapito comes in: tenderloin, chicken or grilled vegetables.
Just wondering if anyone has tried this cart yet?
