@Steve, I know we've no such big space for a daily food truck gathering. Wishful thinking.

There is one down on 30th around 9th and 10th...by the High Line. I don't know what it's called though.

Cheese, the parking lot is referred to as High Line--at least on their twitters...it's just a big parking lot with a real ghetto roller rink. That's where I humiliated, yes humiliated, the coolhaus snack (also known as the coolhause skyscraper challenge).....

Goats, nice! High Line Parking Lot it is. Hmm, I wonder who else parks there....

Rikshaw, Eddie's pizza, some cupcake truck, and possibly a couple of others were there when I went a few wks back on a half day friday.

Thanks Meas. I'm heading down there tonight for Taim for sure. Maybe Korilla to. I hope it's not too busy.

There's an empty lot right across the intersection from Citigroup Center in Manhattan, at 53rd and Lexington. Since the foundation on that lot was filled in and paved over after the previous building was demolished, I'd imagine that there are no imminent plans to redevelop it.
If I were the owner of that lot, I'd be looking for ways to make revenue off of it, including the possibility of allowing food trucks to rent out vending spaces on it.

This isn't fair. The Citicorp workers get all the love and ease of purchase.
