New places opened up today on 44th btwn 5th and Madison

just grabbed some lucch ( a cheese steak). There is a salad buffet, hot buffet, pizza, burgers, sushi and and sandwiches. Everything is 50% off from 11am to 2:30 for thier grand opening.

Green Cafe next door is sporting a bitchin balloon bouquet around it's own entrance to combat this place opening.

Delish counters with their own (smaller) arch of balloons today!

one place is called Delish. Looks like your run of the mill Cafe. There is also another place upstairs called Ryoshi, I think it might be Japanese food. They didn't have any menus up or anything, so I am not 100% sure what they have.
might check them out today at lunch time.
