There seems to be a new cart on 5th between 31 and 32. Selling a strange assortment of foods: Korean fried chicken, fried potstickers, Korean curry rice, fried rice, etc. (Can you really do KFC from a cart?) They were giving out samples of the curry rice--seriously underwhelming. Anyone try anything else? Please send ML's crack team of investigators.
