I was inside the jewelry exchange at 4 West 47th Street today and saw a sign on a door on the east side of the exchange that said there was a kosher dairy restaurant coming soon. I have no idea where that door leads (maybe upstairs?), how long that sign has been there, or any other details for that matter. Does anyone have info on this?
