Apologies if I missed any prior posts about this, but I noticed a new store being renovated next to Goodburger on 45th St. between 5th and 6th. It looks like a restaurant is being built, and the construction permits hanging on the window were issued to an entity named something like "45th St. Cuban."
Anybody have any info? I would welcome another Cuban restaurant in this area!
