Mystery Chinese food cart on Park and 53rd

The other day I saw a mystery Chinese food cart on Park and 53rd behind the Indian Fast Food Cart. It was pale yellow with bamboo stalks painted on it. I can't remember what it was called, but it seemed to serve cheap dumplings and other simple dishes.

Does anyone know what this is or where it went?
