Mexicue Service

Accounting4Taste

I know they are delicious, but has anyone else experienced the super piss-poor service they provide? Two out of the three times I have been, they totally lost my order slip!! First time they were apologetic and threw in a free slider, which made up for the 45 minute wait. However the next time no freebie, no apology and to make it worse, they didnt even push myorder to the front, they kept banging out the orders of people after me, totally inexcusable in my book. They are delcious but they are dead to me now. Anyone else have similar issues with them? I hope not.

well so far, no truck has been worth enough to wait 45 min..or 10 min.

Glad I wasn't the only one to experience the awful service. I actually didn't think the food was good either. During Fashion's night out, we ordered 2 short rib tacos and 1 bbq brisket slider. We got our tacos relatively quickly. They were just ok. While we were eating them, the guy at the window asked if anyone was waiting for food and we raised our hands. He looks at us and says "you have your food." Haha, we laugh, thinking he's just joking. 30 minutes later after watching him GIVE AWAY food to 2 girls in front of us and some random dude walking by, we ask for our slider. He got mad at us and proceeded to go through a 4-in stack of order slips to find our order to make sure we weren't lying. Let's just say things got heated as they were rude and unapologetic and nearly refused to give us our food. When he finally found it, he asks us how many sliders we ordered. "One." He then proceeds to give us a hard time asking us why it says 2. Fed up with the abuse and insults, we demanded our money back and luckily one of the guys in the truck was a proper human being and refunded our money. The food is not good enough to warrant my money - much less a wait and the worst service I've ever had to deal with. /rant

  3. Aside from being unreliable as hell with locations... I was trying to catch them one Tuesday at their twittered location, before noon, hoping it would be less busy. They were packing up to move. Guess they got pushed out by the cops. I asked one of the guys where they were moving to, and he looked at my middle-aged-ness and abruptly said "check twitter". It had a tone to it, like frat boy rudeness. I pulled them from my twitter. People who make an effort are better served with my money. Not people who act like their business as a birthday present to play with.
