Just had an idea: Matzoh Pizza, with sauce and grated cheese, lightly baked. Square slices only, of course!

yea, keeping Passover doesn't make sense to me, when i am not at all religious the rest of the year.
my aunt made "Matzah Crack" basically chocolate, toffee, nut covered matzah. it's pretty good.

matzah brei. my mother in law sent 3 big boxes of matzah. i guess i will fry them up this weekend for breakfast..will .eat it with apricot jam she gave me.
still not a fan of matzah...O_O -
I would've responded at 2am BUT I don't eat matzah. 'Za on the other hand would be nice during the AMs.

I eat matzah all year round. I am the only one I know who enjoys it as a food. And no, I don't keep passover in the least. Matzah with nutella is good. Matzah with cheese whiz is better. Matzah brye is good a couple of times a year, and matzah with peanut butter and jelly and salt and pepper is also good. Matzah with american cheese is also good, and of course, matzah with spreadable butter rules....I do prefer the rice crackers for the baby bell cheeses though. Not as good on matzah.

I heard matzah makes you constipated. Goats, i guess you have no problem with that.

Mkim you are right! Matzah can clog LOL I have noticed it from time to time. However, I am--or at least recently--very diligent about eating my greens and other vegetables, so I have not been having an issue with matzah or other foods. As long as I eat a meal with a solid portion of vegetables at least 5 days per week, I am good. I

Welcome to the official 2010 ML Matzoh Thread. I imagine many ML'ers will be eating more than the usual amount of matzoh this week. (The usual amount being near zero the rest of the year!)
So, how are you eating your matzoh? Right now I'm dipping it in Papa John's garlic sauce, and it is pretty tasty. Breakfast will bring matzoh with eggs and some sriracha. I'm trying to figure out how to keep the yolks runny.....
