Cafe Charlie is about a generic a midtown deli as can be.

i can confirm - they are indeed selling dumplings. i didn't try them but they looked decent. meat = 8 for 6.95 or 7.95 i think and 8 veggie for 5.95.

Just an FYI, Cafe Charlie is on 40th btw. Mad+5th. I tried these dumplings today... full report coming soon.

There is a deli on 40th street between Mad and park ave. I think it's called Cafe Charlie or something like that. A few days ago, I saw a sign that said, Mandoo bar. Does anyone know what this is all about?
