Now, the weird thing is that D. Chang is supposed to be hosting the Night Market event which runs from 6:30PM to 10:30PM but the Buddhist Cuisine segment, in which he also has to make an appearance, runs from 6:00PM to 8:00PM.
Obviously, he can't be at both at the same time so he's likely going to leave one early or just make a brief appearance to each and then bounce.

I can't afford it but I suppose someone else here would want to shell out the big bucks for a chance encounter with any of these celebrity chefs.
VIP - All access pass to three events: Opening Night ($50), Night Market ($50), Grand Feast ($150) - $400
I'm guessing a good part of our readers would appreciate this one:
Night Market - April 30th - $50
Asian Street Food Event Hosted by David Chang
That night, Morimoto is also hosting Karaoke + Sake night. Price and location still TBD ...
More interestingly, for me anyway, they have an educational segment that night re: the connection between Buddhism and Food (I didn't know Eric Ripert was a Buddhist?! Or maybe he's just under the influence).
