I'm right in your neck of the woods - West 37th between 7th and 8th. I doubt there's anything really worth it, but there's a dosa cart on 39th by Bway, I think. Other than generic street meat vendors, you might be SOL.
I'll keep my eyes peeled for you.

The El Guayaquileño, Ecuadorian food truck isn't too far away right?

I'm also in that area 37th & 8... there's not really any carts here. Aside from the Dosa, in front of B&H on 9th is that kosher falafel and waffles truck (can't remember the name off hand).
You might want to do Ying Du on 38th btw 8/9 for a cheap fix of food (I like their steam buffet much more than Fay Da's or the place in the back of Osaka's). There's always 2 bros on 8th and 38th too.

Ooorr you could go into either of the 2 elevator hallways for... Ecuadorean (?) food. There's one on 37th btw 8/9 and one on 37th btw 7/8

The Indian truck (Green Taste?) on 39th and 6th is good, as is the Ecuadorian truck on 37th & 6th.
But if you're looking for street meat, you're kinda stuck. Trini-Paki Boys cart isn't too far away on a nice day, and you're right by El Rey Del Sabor.

I was a big Little Morocco fan, eating there 2x a week usually. Now that the regular afternoon guy has moved on to his own cart (on the far east side!) I am looking for alternatives.
I can comfortably go between 35th and 39th streets between 6th and 8th. Anyone know a good Street Meat cart within those boundaries other than Little Morocco?
