Good luck in LA LA land Omar, I hope they appreciate your food out there as much we did here. I hope the daytime guy will keep using Omar's recipes.

I am/was defintely pro-Omar. Promar, if you will. I went today prepared for the worst but found little to no drop off in quality in my combo platter, and in some ways it was even better than usual. It seems the mousey looking guy is continuing the legacy. A few things I noticed:
- Red sauce. Not as hot as it used to be, but that had started under Omar. Mouse-man DID put extra when I asked for it, where getting extra hot sauce was always a chore before.
- Green sauce looked thinner than usual.
- Veggies were more off to one side, like a salad, which I prefered as I'm iffy on the corn to begin with and don't like it mixed up in my meat.
- Lots of chickpeas on top, which made me chickpleased.
-Lamb was more overcooked than usual, but I like the crispy, surely carcinogenic, bits so no compliants.

I'll just come out and break the news. Omar, longtime operator at Little Morocco, moved to LA. Zach might be interested as I know he was planning on owning his own cart. He left the recipes with the owner who is now the daytime operator of the cart. It still is worth going to, but unfortunately Omar will be missed.
